Guesthouse in Jomtiem w/ pool

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a place to stay in Jomtiem that has a pool and is under $800baht/night. Don't care for View Talay as tend to find them a bit cookie-cutout for my liking. I usually stay at Orchid guesthouse and love it although they are booked when I am coming. I have stayed at the Venue and way too noisy.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

A new gay resort opened. I don't know the prices and there have been no guests who have written any reviews one way or another. You may want to give them a call and see what room styles and rates they have. They are between BT, Jomtien and Sunee located behind Manhattans and Mati Hari Restaurants.

DaBoss I think you misread the request. He was looking for 800baht per night. When I applied for a room at baansouyresort

on my return from Cambodia I was quoted 2500 bpn, a discount from 3200

I saw 800 per nite but as many are running special rates, I have no idea what his telephone instant discounts are.
I merely recommend he contact them and see what he can work out for himself.

800B per night?? That is only US$25...
I cannot even get a nice place in the Philippines for that low a rate.

i was given a guided tour by one of the owners on Sunday .....
I know of nothing like it in Pattaya ...definatly 5 star..the bathrooms in the units ...one could
hold a party in : the resort is well laid out ,,huge pool ,some units are 20 feet from the pool , large areas for those who like to suntan .
Very central for Jomthien and downtown Pattaya with many resturants within 10 min.walk .

I've stayed at Ganymede once. This was before the sauna and karaoke complex was finshed.
The stay there was very pleasant, clean and spacious rooms, nice service.
