If you are willing to slum it @600B per night I can highly recommend Renu House A

Its on 3rd rd, corner of Soi 17 - so 5 min walk from Mosaik

We have stayed there the last 4-5 trips and much prefer it over Mosaik

Baan Dok Mai seems to get really good reviews. I have never stayed there. And it's not an apartment like Mosaik. But apparently the rooms are large, it is fairly inexpensive. Located by Tuk Com

Renu has wireless included in the cost of the room
Quite good too... with wireless routers on every floor
Only issue is Internet is inexplicably turned off between 05.00-07.00 each day!
