The Australian High Court has rule that Australians do not need to have a penis to be recognized as men - http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/na ... 6160202448 (http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/nation/penises-optional-for-men-says-court/story-e6frg6nf-1226160202448). This comes only shortly after the recent ruling that Australian passports will have a "gender indeterminate" option.

Funny I know some married men that when it comes to their wives hen pecking them have absolutely no balls and yet still refer to themselves as men......I guess that must be where that comes from then :-)

Aussie women can be pretty assertive... They can also be pretty loose relative other nationalities, judging by what I've been told by foreigners.
