Try non-chain pharmacies near the night bazaar or Thapae. A precsription (and some hope of the real thing) should be easy to come by at the sleep-pain-erectile dysfunction clinic ao Thapae Soi 5 (evenings only; no Sundays). A lot of pharmacies carry it but may be shy of selling to strangers (or, if you're discreet and the place is empty, may not be). Friend reports higher prices than BKK but I can't confirm.
