REFERRAL REQUEST :: Long Term Condo Rental Agency

I am looking for referrals for a reputable long term condo rental service in BKK. The rental term would be minimum one year. I see a number of agencies online but would like to hear if anyone has a good relationship with a particular agency.

Since you seem to be comparison shopping I'd suggest also asking on a few other forums, such as Gaybutton (http://www.gaybuttonthai.com/) or Ting & Tong (http://www.gaytingtong.com/index.php). You'll find lots of ex-pats there who may be able to offer some good suggestions, too.

I would be very interested in seeing comments on this as well. I've heard that in Pattaya, Fair Properties is known as "Unfair Properties". They seem to have a very bad rep (stealing deposit money, etc). I look at Alan Bolton's rentals, but have not heard anything about that company good or bad.

In Bangkok, I know that Sunbelt does rentals..I'd probably check them out.
