I have heard on the grape vine that Helmut ( who use to own the pargoda ) has opened a new place on 2nd road.Is this correct ?

I ran into him a few months ago and he said he was working in the restaurant at the Dusit D2 on Second Road. I have never been there and I don't know if he's still there.
