Don't know about leprechauns--But they certainly have a lot of fairies!

Haven't seen a "small dick smoking a pipe," not even a big one. I did, however, see two people on Road 2 who were made up to look like they had leprosy: in order to beg for money--But that would be leper-cons. Would they count? Otherwise; we come to an Impass: the behind of an itty-bitty man.
