Hey Guys,

Here we have a house in Korat, that will be Completed by the end of June. I will add more pictures on the closing stages of this house during this month, this is where our attention to detail shines through.

Hi there around 4.5 mill ... 5 month to build , there is no diffrence how however the contractor will not be shafted .. :dontknow:

I will say I like the design of this house much better than what I have seen before.
Particularly handsome are the shingles, are they metal. And the overall massing is interesting.
BUT
For me you can lose the tile in the bathroom. Very plain.
And I wonder why the tops of the exterior windows do not align with the tops of the doors?? Must be a very short Gay Man???
I would want more volume inside. Higher ceilings, even a double height main room. With ceiling hung fans.
But all in all a nice design.
Hope there is money for landscaping and an enclosed garden.
