About 10kms north of Pattaya there is a small bay called Bang Amphur, with a restaurant that translates as to the Lighthouse.

Sundried Pork, Spring rolls to die for, Prawns in Lemongrass, Venision, Deep Fried Mozzarilla Cheese...all served in a clean place right on the edge of the harbour. The beach was to die for, clean, no crowds...in fact the 4 of us made the only crowd there. The place is just to the left of the Wind Turbine, no need to worry it's broken !!!!

Well worth the 20 min trip from Pattaya for lunch.

Make that south of Pattaya. In fact, it's just past Preecha, which is easily the best and most popular seafood restaurant in Chonburi.
