Island Day Trip

About 3 years ago on a trip to Pattaya I met some young aussie guys who were living in pattaya, they took me to an Island just off the cost, maybe 15/20 mins by boat. I can't remember the details, but I will be back in about 2 weeks and I rememner the Island was pretty nice (unlike most of the Pattaya beaches)

Can someone give me the name of the Island, details of how often the boats go across and costs please? I will have about 7 days in pattaya and would like to spend a day or two there! thanks!

Some times I also see information about gay day trips by boat to one of the islands. Anyone has info?

There was a thread on gaybuttons board from the owner of Corner Bar about 5 weeks ago, about fishing trips to the islands. Next one planned for middle of may.

Whether that appeals to you or not, you will get a lot of info that will answer most of your questions.

You can hire a boat at the beach any time almost any day that the water is calm. Not expensive and its your boat for the day, Bring a few boys and have fun!
Get them anywhere along the beach side of South Pattaya.

rather go with a boat that has been recommended or with farang that we know and accept my mate is str8 and I am not.
stuff like food grog and boys we need help to organize, and I am not keen on using strangers boats.

might give the corner bar guy a try , maybe join him and TOQ next trip.
