I know Songkran in BKK is April13 thru 15 (not 10 days like in Pattaya) . On the 13th, does Songkran start in the morning... or in the evening. My memory seems to remember it being at night(the first day) all day the 14th... Also, Silom is block off (in front of soi 4 and soi 2) on what days??? :alc:
