My Thai bf and I would like to build something on the small size in the future up in Isaan. NOt a palace, but something small with a couple bedrooms. This is a nice size... How big is this house? How many bedrooms...How much would this cost? :hello1:

It cost 1.3 mil size around 100 sqm...

Hi,

I did one or two in I saarn for Tam and family,the big one which has three bathrooms and bedrooms,own grounds was about 1.7 million,and the next one was only 1 million,fully tiled out,again three bedrooms European standards etc.The gardens were done by Tam's brothers who do this kind of work for people in Bangkok,with money!

The Land was ours already.

I don't have any more pictures of them over here to show you inside,sorry. Krobbie had some more of mine,if he can find them.

I have a lot of photos of the development I did, but not in UK, I would share them with you for ideas when I can get hold of them.

I did,over time,quite a fair sized development.
