Most service staff seem to be below the threshold for paying income tax, but they and their employers should still be contributing to the social fund.

First of all, the boys should have a labor contract, complying with the Thai Labor law.
If there is a contract, the employer must take care of letting his employees participate in the Thai Social Fund (THB 500-THB 1750 per month).
The first treshold in the income tax system is THB 100,000; if a boy stays under this amount, no income tax has to be paid.

I suppose that no bar owner has anyone working on a contract apart from the 4 ghost-workers that allows the entrepeneur his work permit :headbang:
