Hi everyone, I'm going to Mexico City and Guadalajara this summer for 1 month. Would like to know any gay friendly hotels in each city or hotels that you may bring guests back to hotel in evening? Thanks for any assistance....Bob

I have stayed many times at the NH Hotel Mexico city and never had a problem bringing a guest back. They might have you register your guest at reception though. Other times I walked right by. The location you want is the NH Mexico City which is right in the Zona Rosa next to all of the bars and convenient to the Metro. They have another NH in the Historical Zone which I have not stayed in.

In Guadalajara I stayed in The Hotel Casino Plaza and I don't think it would be a problem taking a guest back--though I didn't try. Another more gay hotel is called The Hotel San Francisco Plaza and I doubt that you would have a problem bringing a guest in. The latter is closer to the gay clubs.

Have fun! I think that you will enjoy both cities!

No--I live in California.

I haven't stayed at this place but I read about it in the Lonely Planet forum and it seems to be gay and guest friendly and in the same neighborhood as the NH.
