Do I need a prescription? Is it freely available at good pharmacies? Is it expensive?
Next trip I am looking forward to a lot more action so will need a litle help to get me thru the night.

r u having me on, jinks, or does viagra really have those side effects? I've never heard anything about that.

There is an Indian brand called Kamagra which is cheaper. (4 tablets to a package...4packs for 1000 baht - I think) It also comes in jell which has a quicker response. If I want to have extra "power" I use half of the Kamagra tablet. I sometimes get headaches (I am not drinking alcohol before hand). It also will make my eyes look blood shot after a couple hours if I take the whole tablet (or is it from too much action??? -lol) What some people think (in my opinion) is that any of these "enhancements" do not create a sexual urge, but allows one to maintain an erection longer. So don't think you take a tablet and you become a savage animal. :notworthy:

Kamagra is a legitimate medication, but it is illegal in Thailand. If you buy from a pharmacy in Thailand, it could be fake or the pharmacist may be involved with a tipoff scam with corrupt police. If you are caught by police with even regular Viagra or Cialis without a scrip, you can also be arrested for that.

Cialis is much better take it before you go out it's effects last 36 hours. I bought it over the counter at the pharmacy next to 7-11 as you enter the beach car park at jomtien

Kamagra is a generic name for Viagra, and is a prescription medication. Kamagra is available without a prescription through overseas manufacturers and certain pharmacy's illegally. This is reported to be profoundly disturbing because it is not a holistic supplement; it is clearly a pharmaceutical grade medication, which should be prescribed only by a Health Care Provider. When purchasing this type of medication online or buying it without prescription over the counter it is difficult to know exactly what you are getting as there are many fake products about; there are clear safety issues involved.

As with any med the side effects vary from person to person. For Viagra a minor headache is not uncommon. The big concern is not to take it if using nitroglycerin pills at the same time which can cause a drop in blood pressure.

Actually any nitrate, not just nitroglycerin. So all poppers are out of the question if taking any of the impotency drugs.

Very good point! More likely that gays would be using poppers then nitro pills for angina.
