Hello everyone! Just thought I would let you know the latest on the Lek Front. Though this is unconfirmed and the actual lease has not yet been signed, preliminary sources tell me that a foreign male (sorry, no more information than that) has made an offer of 2 million baht for the existing key money and then would take over the 50,000 baht a month lease. My source still does not know the plans this man has for the space -- and I reiterate... NO CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED AS OF TODAY. Only a verbal agreement and paperwork pending.
