Although it's not celebrated with the same hysteria it often is here in the USA, many of you may well participate in some form of Halloween costume party today/tonight, especially in touristy areas where people from a variety of countries gather, such as the gay areas of Bangkok and Pattaya, where it's 20:00 now, and the costumed fun has begun.
I was posting this morning about Halloween safety and how I started going around handing out hundreds of those glow-necklaces a couple of years ago to touts and club guys in BKK and Pattaya and it reminded me to stop and wish you all a safe Halloween, wherever you happen to be reading this from.
If you really decide to suck a "vampire" there in Thailand tonight, use a condom! :rolling:
