For anyone who was a little unsure about what Graved Lax was:

Gravad lax is a versatile food, something that can be found in a picnic basket or on a dinner table at a special event. Gravad lax is salmon that has been cured or pickled with salt, sugar, pepper and dill. It originates in Scandinavia, being called gravlax or gravad lax in Sweden, gravad laks in Denmark, gravlaks in Norway and Denmark, graaviloh in Finland, and graflax in Iceland. During the Middle Ages, we are told that fisherman used to bury salmon in a hole in the ground so that it would lightly ferment. Gravad lax actually means salmon in the ground. Today fermentation is not sought in the making of gravad lax.

Gravad lax must not be confused with smoked salmon, which as its name suggests is smoked and has a different flavour and texture. Gravad lax is most often served as an appetizer, in thin slices on brown bread or crackers with a mustard vinaigrette.

This is perfect with cream cheese and bagles and in that realm is call lox and bagles.

Well, you can't have it. Eat your greens and finish that disgusting tofu first!
