Perry Smity age 34 was very crossed when he found that he had to pay 100 baht for taxi fee which riding him and his girlfriend from Walking Street to Soi 8. Miss Metta Srisawas age 25, girl friend of Mr. Perry told police that she hired this taxi for 100 baht to take her and her boyfriend back to Soi 8. She said when Mr. Perry found out that he was paying an outrageous amount of 100 instead of 20 baht he tried to stop his girlfriend from giving the driver 100 baht but 20 baht instead. The fight then started. Mr. Perry was losing the fight when, then he decided to throw his beer bottle into the driver but missed. The bottle went to hit and broke windshield of the car. The drive went mad and boxed Mr. Perry, caused injuries on Mr. Perry face. Mr. Perry saw he was losing the fight so he ran away but the driver drove after and got him for the police. They both pressed charges against one another.
