I went recently to Bangkok Pattaya hospital for a prostate check-up only to be told I have a malignant tumour on my kidney. Fortunately it was found in the early stages and only part of the kindney was removed, so am making full recovery. The Doctor and staff at the hospital were first class.
However am having to take drugs for reducing the prostate, and due to the fact that I could not have sex for a few weeks, was really looking forward to hot sex and a fountain of cum, so you can imagine my my chagrin when I had a great orgasm but no cum, which it seems goes backward due to these damn pills. It certainly spoilt the moment. My young man was very understanding, however, it is going to take some time to get used to.
I am sure there must be plenty of others out there with same problem.

I'm sure glad they weren't coach class.

In all seriousness I would have that condition checked out.

Most importantly, I hope you recover soon.

I wish you a good recovery! I never heard of this. But, it doesn't sound that bad. Having an orgasm without the mess caused by the cum, why not? (Does this reveal that I wank too much? Unless I do it in the shower or on the loo, there is always the problem of cleaning up afterwards.) Women have orgasm without cum and it seems to be fine for them.

This post is not 100% serious, just some ideas that came into my mind.

I know exactly how you feel, a couple of years ago I had problems with my urinating. The specialist said there is nothing wrong with my prostrate, but I had a tight neck of the uretha. He gave me similar tablets to yours (well maybe not similar but caused reverse ejaculation), hoping it would soften the tissue around my prostrate and the neck of my uretha. To be perfectly honest I didn't notice any difference whatsoever so I stopped taking them (I agreed this with the specialist of course). My problem seems to have gotten a little better now, and there isn't the urgency to have an operation of cutting the neck of my uretha to ensure a better flow.

Point I'm making is that the tablets caused reverse ejaculation. Initially, the first few days when I took them, it played havoc, it took me about an hour to cum or "get the feeling" as so to speak. It did settle down after a while though.

The specialist told me if I take these drugs that I would ejaculate a lot better (on the contrary, I didn't ejaculate at all, it was reverse as I said). They also had side effects like congestion in the nose. It sort of settled down, but I'm not taking them now anyway.

These tablets, the active ingredient was Tamsulosin hydrochloride, and for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Taken on a daily basis, I worked out how they worked. If I took them at night before bed (which is what the specialist said), then in the morning if I had sex, reverse ejaculation would happen, but, wait for it, when these tablets wore off during the afternoon and in the evening, my ejaculations were great, unusually really thick and plentiful. Take the tablet again before I went to bed and the same thing happened in the morning again, i.e. reverse ejaculation.

I'm not sure if you are taking the same type of medication, but be interesting to know.

thanks very much for your interesting comments. Yes, I too am taking Tamsulosin hydrochloride. I get them on prescription from UK.
However, the directions are to take them in the morning, and I still get problems. Maybe I will try to take them in the evening and try sex the next evening before taking them again!
Isn't it fun getting old!

Is your "flow" any better Wunnie?

It is actually called "retrograde ejaculation". You are cumming just as normal, just that the cum doesn't get outside your body until later (when you pee)

Tamsulosin hydrochloride is a known cause of this, being an alpha blocker that relaxes smooth muscle
