planning to come over this winter and stay for about 3 months.

don't. I believe there are currently closed anyway - their Jomtien office looked derelict last time I passed.

Fair Properties are an extremely dody bunch. They had serious financial difficulties and stuffed over a lot of their clients (property owners) recently.

thanks so far, but does anyone know any private nice places for long rent, any help would go down well here.
I just dont want to book through an agent and when i get there, there is no agent and no apartment :violent1:
