Name that Hongnam No 4

Glad to see that this little bit of fun is appreciated.
Heres the next Hongnam, and I apologise in advance that its not a Urinal.
We are now getting down to the more disgusting, filthy, hongnams so I am sure it will be instantly recoginised by some on here.
If it gets too difficult for those with bad eyesight, or those who are permanently pissed and cant remember where they have been, I will post a clue later..

I was going to say The Corner bar, but on second thoughts the pictured is cleaner,even with the piss allover the seat!

I can't believe I'm doing this but anyway.Is it the Thai run bar directly across from the Corner Bar.I think it's call Sabai Bar the one with all the plastic chairs on the street, also on a corner...not sure about the name??

Nope, not the Sunne Plaza beer bar (green chairs), its even nearer to the Corner Bar than that!
