Translation help needed

Is there anyone here that is willing and able to translate written thai into english.

I have an A4 sheets of Thai hand writing that i need translated into written (typed) english

There are places that provide this service for a fee. You know, a translation agency?

you could try using one of the on-line translation engines, they will turn it into something that looks like an LMTU post. if you are lucky, you can then make it into english
