Robert McInnes aka Sifu McInnes and well know property developer in Pattaya was arrested last night for driving around ina Hummer with SWAT and Police stickers on the car and a whole load of automatic weapons. See article:

heh, out in the West, many times they won't even disclose the names of the person involved, due to ongoing investigations. Out here in Thailand though, they'll publish a full scan of his passport and other ID for you. :-)
