Trip report:Sunee

Finally got off to an early start after getting over the jet lag.

My Mic bar :About 10 to 15 average looking guys from straight to a few fems.Easy to tell who is who,the staright ones showing off their manhood while the shy gays prance around dancing.

Eros :Wasted my time going here as only three on stage,very bored looking.Customers looking in and leaving.

Jimmy Jimmys: :A good group of about 15 or more on stage,all very average looking and not many gay or fems here.I only recognise one from last year who spent his earnings on a nice haircut.No more ooga booga look.Its 9:30 now and stayed for my usual diet coke.Talked to mamasan and left.

Euroboys: :I liked the layout better a few years ago,but it is nice and clean here.A good mix of fems and straights all dancing,tiny bar with not a lot of bois.Stayed 15 minutes and walked past corner bar to other side.Sunee seems to get smaller and smaller every year and there are not that many customers in the go gos.The host bars seem to be doing ok and thats where you can find a boi who is really gay and have a real boyfriend experience if thats what your after.

Good boys: :Wow! Where do they find these guys?I thought they wee big at Jimmy Jimmys,nothing compared to here,and some real good looking guys too.Almost all straight here and some on the young side.Mamasan very pushy here to buy her and boys drinks.I stayed here for a good while having some sleazy fun.Drink bill about 800 baht and spent about 1400 baht on tips for bois,all worth it imho.

Krazy dragon: :Good sound system and lights and cheap drinks,but thats only good thing Ill say about this place.Bois average looking and not enough fems for me.Guys too aggressive as I like to choose who I want to sit with and the host are too many.It feels too comercial and reminds me of boys town.Host asked me if I wanted to buy boi drink and I said NO! as I didnt want him with me.I tipped the boi though.Stayed short while and left.I know this place has many fans,Im just not one of them.Best drink prices though if thats important to you.

Nice boys: :Lot of bois and a good mix.A few way too young sitting on the sides playing with themselves.Kind of a fun bar but went back to My Mic bar and offed the fem boy who like to look at himself in mirror.Turned out he was better than I expected and he called me handsome which I always believe when they tell me this.

Forgot to mention HOLIDAY bar,This is the sleazieat of sleaze as about five average to ugly looking guys do their thing on a board or stage.They all are coughing too.Almost seems like you have entered the isolation ward and instead of being given tb medicine they were given viagra by mistake.

And a reminder,Im on vacation ,so I blow a lot of....money,more so than if I was retired for sure.I could never tip the way I do if I were.

A couple of nights later I went to Happy Boys.I really like the place,similar to krazy dragon but more down to earth and low key.I was the only falang there for a good while and gave each boi 20 baht as they went from table to table.
I got a stack of 20 baht notes from the bank and was handing them out like candy.They really appreciate being tipped and made me feel very welcome.
Almost as if they sensed that I was ready to leave,out of no where came this very handsome boi and we went up stairs for some fun.I had to pay for another drink to go up there but definitely worth it.
Loved Happy Boys.

Last but not least,Tom Yums.The only bar on a second floor Im aware of.This is another fun bar with relaxed atmosphere,but some are rather young.The mamasan does not pressure you too much for drinks and even though she must be a guy,one would never know it talking to her.A boi from Chang Rai works there who is a real sweetheart.And yes,he is sib pad(18).
This bar seems to get raided more than others,so if your afraid of that then better not go there.

This is a great report rocket! It is completely consistent with my own observations as well.

You must remember that some of the guys here like Krazy because of the bigger and more aggressive tattooed types there. They must be in short supply back in farangland. Here's a photo a Krazy Dragon fan sent me with a boy he offed:

Remember also that Krazy Dragon has been raided in the recent past where they found an underage customer. No shit! Those Pink Panthers are always on their toes.

I remember one of those types who after a session upstairs with a 'requested' rough boy he returned down to the bar and took the Falang owner to one side and told him that on entering the short time room the boy broke his watch when he threw him against the wall. I kind of see how that treatment might be a turn on... but in moderation. I picked up this boy in KL once... he was the tall, dark, very handsome/hunky type.

Took him back to my room... He wanted to top... I said, ok, but go slowly please... slowly. He did at first... then he just changed completely... almost forcing himself in. I put my hands up to sort of put up some resistance when he put too much pressure on but bit each time he would grab my hands and hold them above my head... wouldn't stop if I said stop. Take care. I would stay clear of about 3 of those bars. Board rules prevent me from elaborating.
Just look at what's on offer before parting with your cash.

Its not Impossible to come to Thailand if you get your act together, they have so much to offer, much better than just dreaming about it.

Thanks,Im not an expat though.In fact Im awaiting a nor eastern snow storm here in my native New England city.Expecting about 15 inches or so. I wont be able to make another report for a year,so Im counting on others to make some reports.And I miss Cats reports as they were always an interesting read. I hope Good boys,Tom yums,and Happy boys stay the same,but a year in Sunee Plaza is like five years in the real world.Who knows?

yes here here, not many gogo bars left in the plaza now with VRouge, PBoys former lookbar, cocktails, & now rumoured holiday 2 are closed or closing, not forgetting sundance now a beer bar, & 69 bar just outside the plaza, & minou a great gogo i really miss, all kaput now! & Eros being a non starter,i too hope things change in sunee & sooner than a years time

As I mentioned in another thread that is now locked, I extended my holiday in LOS to be able to come to Pattaya when I learned of Good Boys in Sunee. After having been here over a week and spending most of my time at Good Boys and Tom Yum, I can say that I have had a fantastic time. This has been better than anything I could have ever imagined or hoped for. The boys are beautiful, far more beautiful that what I had found anywhere in Bangkok which is now rather dreary and boring.
I may even consider retiring here. I will come again later this year for three months, take an apartment in Pattaya and make my final decision.
Unlike people such as the poster cndmatt who has a thread about being a victim of extortion, I can say that I haven't had a single problem. Not even a hint of one. And I have "offed" lots of boys over the past week and enjoyed myself beyond belief at the bars.
I also found the Thais in Pattaya to be a lot more friendly and helpful than the general population I encounted in BKK.
So, tomorrow I leave, but will return in a few months for a much longer round.
Tonight I am planning a big orgy with several of my favorites from Good Boys and Tom Yum, all together. While I may not get any sleep, I can always sleep on the plane tomorrow night.
