Mature and athletic european guy, into jogging, hiking and biking, is planning a 3months stay this autumn in or around Chiang Mai. Any recommendations regarding private houses, flats, B&B or even hotels ? Must be on the quiet side. Sharing a non-smoking place also into consideration. Thanks in advance for your infos guys and take care for now. Kuku

Get a serviced apartment for a week. During that week, hit the gay bars, find someone you at least somewhat click with, and give him an extra job of finding you a good place. Tell him the better of a place & deal you get, the more compensation he gets. Works like a charm!
