Hehehe... I can't help but smile at the irony:

MP dumped after teenage sex scandal

LONDON: Iris Robinson, the disgraced wife of Northern Ireland's First Minister, has been unceremoniously dumped by the party her husband Peter leads, after her affair with a teenager was revealed.

In a damning statement, a party official said Mrs Robinson was preparing to stand down from public office and the party had ''no sympathy'' for her.

Mrs Robinson has not been seen in public since news broke last week of her affair with Kirk McCambley, then 19, and her financial dealings with him.
---
The couple are deeply religious and have always publicly professed their commitment to staunch Protestant values, with Mrs Robinson denouncing homosexuals.

... So in public she's up on her high horse denouncing homosexuals and putting on this "deeply religious/conservative" image... in private she cheats on her husband and does it with a guy who's barely 19 and less than half her age!?

And here's to you, Mrs. Robinson
Jesus loves you more than you will know (Wo, wo, wo)
God bless you please, Mrs. Robinson
Heaven holds a place for those who pray
(Hey, hey, hey...hey, hey, hey)

We'd like to know a little bit about you for our files
We'd like to help you learn to help yourself
Look around you, all you see are sympathetic eyes
Stroll around the grounds until you feel at home

And here's to you, Mrs. Robinson
Jesus loves you more than you will know (Wo, wo, wo)
God bless you please, Mrs. Robinson
Heaven holds a place for those who pray
(Hey, hey, hey...hey, hey, hey)

Hide it in a hiding place where no one ever goes
Put it in your pantry with your cupcakes
It's a little secret, just the Robinsons' affair
Most of all, you've got to hide it from the kids

Coo, coo, ca-choo, Mrs Robinson
Jesus loves you more than you will know (Wo, wo, wo)
God bless you please, Mrs. Robinson
Heaven holds a place for those who pray
(Hey, hey, hey...hey, hey, hey)

Sitting on a sofa on a Sunday afternoon
Going to the candidates debate
Laugh about it, shout about it
When you've got to choose
Ev'ry way you look at it, you lose

Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio
A nation turns its lonely eyes to you (Woo, woo, woo)
What's that you say, Mrs. Robinson
Joltin' Joe has left and gone away
(Hey, hey, hey...hey, hey, hey)

She saw him first when he working in the butcher's shop. There is something about butcher boys. Maybe it's the way that they use a chopper. It was kind of her to comfort him over the death of his father, by providing him with somewhere to put his chopper.

Hehe... apparently download sales of that song have gone through the roof since the affair hit.

I don't know how someone like this lives with themselves.... Putting on such a "perfect"... religious... devout (delusional)... precious image in public... then engaging in this blatant corruption and deception behind it all... then sprouting crap about "christ has forgiven me"... It's like the Irish Catholic Church and all the abuse they supported.

Here's a more complete background:

Probably the best sex she'd had in years...
