Recommended condos in Jomtien

Having determined that it is now possible for me to spend most weekends in Jomtien, I am hoping to buy a small "getaway" condo there. View Talay 2 seems to fit best (in terms of cost of units, walking distance to Jomtien pubs, public transit, security and facilities). But before jumping in, I would like to ask if anyone here had some positive opinion about other condos in the area, and would be most grateful for words of wisdom from the folks who read this forum!

I have lived at VT 2 for almost three years now (one year in building B & two in building A).

I am quite happy here and would certainly purchase again. There are some negatives, but they are far outweighed by the positives.
