Well, at least this one was a little better than the last couple, although only slightly.

I still don't really understand what this documentary is about, other than maybe giving Howard an ego trip, and demonstrating that if you act like a drunken jackass or sell drugs in a foreign country, don't be too surprised when you find yourself in trouble.

judging by the opening of the show I think they intended to show that Thailand is a dangerous place in tabloid manner...that whole bit about 200+ Brits a year are "killed" in Thailand. But ultimately I think they have succeeded at showing that a bunch of drunks, drug addicts, and drug dealers get themselves into a lot of trouble in Thailand. Other than the jet ski incident I think it makes the Thais look mainly like background players while the crazy Brits get themselves into trouble.

So far it seems like if you avoid any trouble it's "paradise" and if you get in trouble with the police it is "hell on earth"
