"On Tuesday 4. April was the opening of the new Mata Hari Restaurant located in the Nirvana Condominium on Phratamnak Road (near the Pattaya Court). Mata Hari and its proprietor Dutch Mr. Louis Noll are well known in Pattaya and was previous located on Second Road between Soi 7 and 8. I musy say that Mata Hari has always been my favourite 'farang' restaurant in Pattaya. Consistent excellence is food and service has been it's hallmark. I visited the new premises on Saturday and it is the most delighful room in the city - many photos on the above sites. Entrance is to a comfortable bar and then to a charming room where all the old staff make one most welcome. The menu is currently the same as previous and the wines offer some terrific value and excellent housewines.
