I can't see the youtube video!! (I can see the link but it is blocked).
As a recent transplant to the PRC I have discovered state run censorship. For some reason the power in the PRC block youtube, twitter and a host of other sites. Does anyone have a suggestion for getting past the censors? I have looked online and apparently there are programs that one can download. However, I am on campus and my computer is locked down and I can not load new programs onto it.
