PATONG, PHUKET: New footage has emerged showing PhuketтАЩs infamous jet-ski man, Winai тАШJJтАЩ Naiman, in another dispute with marines тАУ this time from the US Navy.
The video, released by British TV producer Gavin Hill, shows police officers standing by as Thai jet-ski operators demand cash for damage to a vehicle.
The footage ends with one US serviceman handing over 40,000 baht to the jet-ski boys.
The first episode in HillтАЩs 'Big Trouble in Tourist Thailand' series, broadcast on British TV last week, showed Mr Winai threatening a group of British Royal Navy marines with an air rifle in a similar dispute.
In the latest incident, apparently filmed a few days after the British marinesтАЩ run-in with Mr Winai, the US servicemen do not deny causing the damage and appear highly apologetic throughout.
One marine, apparently responsible for тАШdamageтАЩ to a jet-ski, gives a bowing wai to Mr Winai, saying тАЬSir, sorry. IтАЩll pay you back, I promise.тАЭ

There will be around 4000 sailors from the US Navy in Phuket next week from 3 ships. The sailors have been told by the Navy NOT to rent jet skis.

You are kidding surely. It's clear evidence that the Americans have developed time travel and can cause damage to jet-skis after it has already been caused by the backward Brits who dispute causing it because it hasn't happened yet, though the effects have rusted, but has to be paid for.
