I don't think it's necessarily over. They just want to make it drug free... which I think is a great thing.

It's true there's a lot of drugs going around... but there's plenty of people there who don't take any.

I think they would have quite a job transforming it into an up market destination... there's already Koh Samui for that. And why would they want to? The FMP has an amazing reputation around the world. Every month, it effortlessly draws thousands of tourists. I think they can throw out the bath water (drugs) without throwing out the baby (tourists/money).

gCircuit is a disaster and been closed by police a few times. Still want my money back! Paid for 8 tickets at the door and was told it will open 1 hour late. Came back to find it all closed down and told no refunds the Police have closed the event over drug concerns. I was looking forward to a good night out and we like many others headed back to Silom only to find many Silom clubs prewarned to close early.
