Can anyone update me on the gym at Babylon--how extensive and is it maintained?

Small gym. Reasonably equipped. lots of free weights; fewer machines. Ifound cardio aspect to be lacking. No rowing or decent stepup machines. In other words do not go to Babylon if the gym is your main draw.

True compared to other gyms, but as far as a sauna goes, the Babylon gym is quite extensive. The main draw is definitely not the gym, but it is a nice bonus.

If you're a gym rat like me it will do ...the weight machines are older and there are enough free weights for the grunters. There are also a couple spotters if needed. The cardio machines are not the newest machines, but the treadmills are of good quality. Great music.
