Smiles

Another fabulous 8 months in Thailand coming up here in a few days and a week from now will be lying in a beach chair, under an umbrella, mai tai in one hand and the other lying languidly on the sexy brown smooth ~ can I say 'muscular' ~ thigh (arguably his Best Part while wearing clothes) of the beloved as he ~ can I say 'lovingly' ~ ignores me while quietly singing karaoke to the beat blaring through the (noise reducing ~ AKA 'forget Smiles') headphones of MY goddamn iPod.
I will be perusing the latest copy of 'Details' (purchased here already in sweet anticipation of above) for serious reading, as well as a backup intellectual showpiece ~ AKA 'Foreign Affairs' (Sept / Oct Ed. accidently filched from my doctors office) ~ in case of a surprise meetup with an exceedingly pretentious Australian gay pseudo-intellectual ... the worst kind of that ilk.
And that would be the first day. It gets better ~ can I say 'penang goong' ~ and the music bar at Look Narm is starting to feel good, as is the discovery of which Hua Hin gay bar has closed down in the absense ... and possibly even better, which one(s) has newly opened. And further to Every Other Day and around every corner is my beloved Thailand culture shock and a 750 ml six pack of bottled water for 20 baht.
And then of course ~ can I say 'it goes without saying' ~ the icing on the cake, the creme de les cremes, the Dr Feelgood, the piece de la resistence, the summit of that mountain, Le Grand Prix, The Yellow Jersey . . . AKA falling all dreamy and stupid into the loving arms of . . . etc etc etc etc
To those guys here on the Board who might by some mistake find themselves in Hua Hin, please be advised that you are quite welcome to PM me (if you are of that mood) and we will do our best to entertain you for a night or day or whatever and perhaps show you around this little beach town. Naturally I draw the line (as you all would) at Certain Members here ~ can I say 'Bottoms Up' and 'Aunty' ~ but most normal folk are welcome any time.
Home on the ranch. Surrounded by a smattering of farang (England, America, Finland, Sweden, Australia) and a multitude of Thai folks, it's a nice take on International Living.

As usual, my legs in the air. Nosirree, it's not a Lipinzanner, it's a wide open coming home Smile.

The gracious beach of Hua Hin at it's best ... in the morning, sans farang. Six kilomters of white sand and clean ocean water.

An Umbrella, a Beachchair, a Beer, a Dog. Sounds like one of those almost-porn Peter Greenaway movies.

The dude on the right is 'A Keeper'.
