Not content with extrajudicial killings in his war on drugs, calling the Pope and the American Ambassador whores, the latest to be so anointed by the Philippines increasingly erratic President is President Obama. Sending his staunchest allies into a further tailspin, Duterte has announced that he is more interested in a relationship with China than the United States and the recent annual Philippines/US joint military exercises will be the last.
