Thai Biz Lounge

I think I saw posted a while ago that you could use the business class lounge at BKK but didnt have to be a Biz Class customer. For a fee you could pay to use the lounge - can anyone enlighten me?

Not the Thai business lounge (as far as I know), but the commun use CIP lounge run by Louis' Tavern:
