Australia downgrades Thai travel warning

Australian authorities have downgraded the travel advice for Thailand as the country returns to normal following civil unrest.
During the height of the violence, the warning stood at the second-highest level, "reconsider your need to travel".
It has now been lowered one level to "exercise a high degree of caution".
