Your idea of twink as having feminine characteristics is not universally acknowledged. homorazzi.com's Beginner's Guide to Gay Labels does not agree -

No, I am right. The boy next door type is less cute, less slim & very ordinary in comparison with a twink. Kind of like a twink who has let himself go.

Probably yes for the one on the left. Maybe not for the one on the right.
The following one is what I consider to be a fine example of a twink. Slim, smooth & not wasting his time body building.
He just happens to have long hair, but would equally well fit my image of a twink if it were cut short.
