Happy New Year!
Good Morning!
It's been a long day/long night but we had loads of fun. The reunion dinner was a great success and we occupied two rowdy tables. My grandma who's also celebrating her 75th birthday this weekend was very happy and didn't even give her usual side eye when my cousin wore black. My cousins, siblings and I even managed a few drinks (ahem!) to toast the NY - again - at Warm Up later. We're off to Chiang Rai later today.
I'd just like to wish everyone a Happy Chinese New Year! Gong Xi Fa Cai - lots of wealth and prosperity!

Re: Happy New Year!
Well, sglad, I don’t want you think we’re an unfriendly bunch here, so let me be the first to reply and wish you, and your family, a happy Chinese New Year.
And lastly, to quote Mr Spock, live long and prosper.

Re: Happy New Year!
Thanks JB!
It's really cold here in Chiang Rai - it's 17C outside! Thank god I brought an extra sweater. My grandma is in a nostalgic mood - she says some of the buildings/streets remind her of Singapore 40 years ago. It's very Chinese.
