I wouldn't throw a cute boy out of bed either but as I'm the paying customer I only want to pay for what I really want.

3 seconds on Google translate says uncircumcised in Thai is ไม่ได้เข้าสุหนัต
Pronounced as Mị̀ dị̂ k̄hêās̄uh̄nạt
The Google translate is an easy option but try saying it.
I have never heard or read this before, and had to look up สุหนัต.
Literal translation is "have not entered (religious circumcision in Islam)".
Most boys would be very confused if you asked them (i.e. show translation on mobile phone).
If I had this problem, I would point at their penis (or that area while they are dressed) and ask:
มีหนังมั้ย mee năng mái
Literally: Do you have skin? (but if you put my Thai into google it gives "is there a movie" because nang can mean skin or movie).
Or google translate:
do you have foreskin
คุณมีหนังหุ้มปลา xxx characters cut off by forum software xxx หรือไม่ Khuṇ mī h̄nạng h̄ûm plāy lụngkh̒ h̄rụ̄x mị̀
The google phonetic spelling is indeed unique. I haven't seen this system in any book or elsewhere on the internet.
