    I have found a gem.
Not expensive. Thai staff. Visibly clean kitchen. Delious Thai dishes and some foreign food such as English breakfast.
    Where?
It's next door to the DD Inn in that small Soi that takes you on to the beach almost opposite the Jomtien Police station.
The name I forget but you can't miss it. It cooks for DD Inn residents also.

A good Thai restaurant is Verin/Rin Kitchen on Soi 9 off of Thappraya Rd. Thappraya Rd is the road from Pattaya toward Jomtien. Soi 9 is across from Rita Resort. . Rin is in general vicinity of Sansuk Sauna and Cafe des Ami. Good food, quiet soi, reasonable prices.

One is known as OrAhHarn (or something like that), the other is referred to as the overflow restaurant next to OrAhHarn. If you go to OrAhHarn best to go to the second floor to avoid odors and the crowd. Neither is known for its cleanliness.

I regularly go to the Central Festival food court for their khao soi gai (chicken curry noodle Chiangmai style) whenever I've a craving for one.
