disabling Line notifications

I think someone asked in this forum, but couldn't find the thread, how to turn Line notifications off. And surely I had the same problem, groups or people who message me a lot, but neither urgent nor interesting, so I want to silence them and not take the mobile phone out of my pocket every time it vibrates to check who it is.

It's very simple: in the app "Notifications off", on computer "Turn alerts OFF", then there will be no signal (ring or vibration) when a new message comes in. What a relief! Saves me a lot of grievance.

That's not the only problem I have with LINE. I installed it in order to facilitate contact with P. when I'm in the UK. As it happens, the only time I can understand and use the bloody thing effectively is when I'm actually in Thailand and he can help me.
