What is your definition of a twink?

Smiles pic was one of a series on a number of tumblr sites. I think he may be South American. I wonder what the occasion was. Here's a photo of him in the full make-up -

Just a couple of notes. There is a short explicit video featuring the guys in the penultimate pic. And the last photo originally appeared in a magazine - I think titled M. The credit on the photo is not strictly accurate unless that site bought the right to the pics. If so, then it has still appeared on lots of tumblr sites.
