Time Limit on Editing of Thread Title

Members,

I have adjusted the time period for editing now to 30 minutes from 15. Some of you may recall, our editing time limit was greater at one point, but became problematic when subsequent posts were made before editing...changing the context of the subsequent posts.

Hopefully, this will not be the case...this will be on a trial basis for now and a permanent change if you all agree this works better for us.
