New real estate crackdown gonna make for GAYER farangs

Now that it is more of a problem for farangs to buy houses, I predict there will be even more GAY FARANGS in Thailand, because most gays are perfectly fine with CONDOS!

You see, lots of heteros want to marry Thai ladies and have babies and they need to buy houses for that, eh?
So these types are going to tend to look for greener pastures, countries where they can legally buy land and houses.
Thailand will still be in demand, just a changing demographic of farang.

What about gardens and swimming pools? Houses are alot better for that. And gardens as well as swimming pools are very gay.
